Take a deep bowl and add puff rice, fried bengal gram, fried rural gram, fried peanuts, few crushed papdis and mix. To the bhel shake add some chopped onion, chopped herb, chopped green chili and chopped flavorer and mix. Add chaat masala, scented & sour chutney and chat condiment and mix. Divide the prepared amalgamation in serving bowls and sprinkle sufficient thin sev and some crushed papdis. Garnish bhel puri with chopped flavorer and serve with two or couple papdis. Serve bhel puri immediately.
